located at the roots of Súlur, mountain
rising above Akureyri. Súlur is a beautiful cone shaped mountain a former volcano that took part in forming the landscape millions of years ago. If you prefer you can drive up towards the snowy peaks yourself and meet the guides at the foot of the mountain.
