We take off from Reykjavik airport and head to the famous Golden Circle route where the first fly-over is Þingvellir National Park known for the Alþingi, the site of Iceland's old parliament, allegedly the oldest running parliament. Onward we fly into Haukadalur geothermal valley further east, home to the famous hot spring area Geysir and close by Gullfoss waterfall, From Gullfoss we head toward the Geothermal area of Hengill that produces most of the hot water you use in the Reykjavik area and is producing electricity as well using the steam coming from the ground.  From Hengill we head on to the Reykjanes Peninsula the home of the famous Blue Lagoon and show the the newest lava fields in Iceland today after repeating volcanic activity between 2021-2025 before heading back to Reykjavik for a landing.
